Tools you’ll need to make Ninja Speedi Pizza Frittata
Gather the following equipment. Note: it’s recommended you use silicone coated utensils in the Ninja Speedi to avoid damaging the surface.
Even though you can’t see it, the cake pan in the image below is resting on a silicone trivet. I use these to protect the coating on the crisping tray from scratches.
Ingredients & Substitutions to Make Ninja Speedi Pizza Frittata
This recipe has a basic frittata base and is topped with lots of tasty pizza toppings. Here’s what I used in the recipe below, but feel free to make yours with your favorite toppings. And if you would prefer a dairy-free or vegetarian option, see the Tips section below.
Ingredients List
Substitutions
Marinara sauce I prefer a low carb marinara sauce when I need a red sauce in a dish. I can add seasonings as I like to make it fit whatever dish I’m making with it. But really any spaghetti or pizza sauce will work in this recipe, so use your favorite or whatever you have on hand.
Cheese I like a blend of cheeses on my pizza, like Parmesan, provolone, and Asiago. But I’ve been known to throw some cheddar on too, when I didn’t have anything else in the fridge. So use what you have on hand or get a bag of Pizza Blend cheese at your grocer.
Toppings I love the combination of black olives, mushrooms (not too much), and onions. But this is pizza, so there are countless combinations of toppings that you could use. I’ll say it again, use your favorite or whatever you have on hand. Just remember that you are putting these toppings on a frittata, so some things like pineapple may not taste so good.
Seasonings My go-to favorite Italian seasonings are basil, oregano, and marjoram, with a little rosemary thrown in on occasion. Again, anything goes, so use your favorite.
Tips for Making Pizza Frittata in the Ninja Speedi
Can I make it vegetarian? Yes, you can! Just leave off the pepperoni or use a plant-based pepperoni or other plant-based meat.
Can I make it dairy-free? Absolutely. Just use dairy-free vegan cheese products like this Parmesan one, or this mozzarella one.

- 1/2 cup pizza cheese blend, shredded
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Place a silicone trivet in the bottom of the Ninja Speedi cooking pot and pour the cup of water in. Spray an 8" pan with cooking spray and place it on the trivet in the cooking pot.
- Whisk together the eggs, marinara, pizza cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl. Carefully pour into the 8" pan in the cooking pot.
