Ingredients & Swaps
You need just two ingredients to make mango sorbet in the Ninja CREAMi! Here they are along with a few ideas for substitutions.
- Sweetener – I used a low carb sweetener, but you could use cane sugar, honey, maple syrup, or another sweetener.
- Mango slices – fresh or frozen, but if using frozen, you must thaw first, before packing into the pint container.
How to Make Mango Sorbet in the Ninja CREAMi

Ninja CREAMi Mango Sorbet
This Ninja CREAMi mango sorbet makes for a smooth, creamy, tropical treat perfect for a summer evening dessert.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. frozen mango slices, THAWED
- 2 TBSP monk fruit sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- If using the monk fruit sweetener, mix it together with the thawed mango slices in a medium bowl. Stir until the sweetener is evenly distributed over the mango slices and is beginning to dissolve.
- Pour the mango slices into a CREAMi pint, packing the slices together as you fill the pint. Ensure that there are no gaps between slices, and they don't go over the MAX FILL line, then put the lid on it.
- Place the pint in the freezer, making sure it's level. Freeze for 24 hours.
- Take the pint from the freezer, remove the lid, and place it in the outer bowl of the Ninja CREAMi. Install the paddle in the lid and attach lid to the outer bowl.
- Plug in the Ninja CREAMi unit and install the bowl on the base.
- Press the power button and select SORBET.
- When the unit shuts off, remove the bowl from the base and remove the lid.
- If the sorbet is crumbly, then reattach the lid and install the bowl on the base again. Select RE-SPIN. You can re-spin the mixture twice if needed.
- Once the sorbet is at the right consistency, serve immediately.
