Kitchen Gear Needed
I made this recipe simply in the tumbler that came with my stick blender. Whatever you use to blend the frozen smoothie bowl together, make sure it’s approved to chop frozen fruit. Some stick blenders and small blenders don’t have the necessary power.

Make it To-Go!
To make a drinkable smoothie, use less frozen fruit and more fresh fruit for a thick milkshake-like consistency. If you want it even thinner, use all fresh fruit.
Ingredients
I don’t often measure the ingredients, since this is a recipe I’ve made dozens of times. The amounts can be adjusted to suite your flavor preferences, so play around to find a combination and consistency you love.
